Selling Policy

Item Condition Requirements


All items must be:

• Freshly laundered (washed & dried)

• Free of pet hair

• No wash wear (fading, pilling, excessive wear)

• Inside tags attached

• No stains, rips, missing buttons, or broken zippers

• Shoes must be clean and from high-quality brands or brands we sell


Items that do not meet these standards will be refused.

 


Payout Rates


We offer set prices for kids' clothing and maternity/nursing apparel.


Kids' Clothing (For all brands, excluding small shop brands) ALL SIZES


• T-Shirts – $1.50 each

• Long-Sleeve Tops & Cardigans – $2.00 each

• Hoodies – $3.00 each

• All Bottoms (shorts, skirts, pants, leggings) – $3.00 each

• Onesies – $0.50 each

• Sleepers – $2.00 each

• Dresses, Rompers & Overalls – $3.00 each

• Outerwear (jackets, rain pants, snow pants) – $5.00 each

• Footwear – $2.00 each

• Swimwear – $2.00 each

• Sets – $3.00 each


Infant Items


• Infant Pants – $1.75 each

• Infant Sets – $2.00 each

• All Accessories – $1.00 each

• Infant Swimwear – $2.00 each

• Infant Outerwear – $3.00 each

• Infant Hoodies – $2.00 each

• Diaper Bags – $5.00 each

• Carriers – $5.00 each


Maternity/Nursing Apparel (For all brands, excluding small shop brands)


• Casual Tees & Tanks – $2.00 each

• Fancy Tops – $3.00 each

• Hoodies – $3.00 each

• Shorts, Pants & Skirts – $5.00 each

• Maternity Dresses – $5.00 each

• Nursing/Maternity Bras – $4.00 each

 


Small Shop & Certain Brands


Small shop brands are NOT included in set pricing. Certain brands will be assessed at drop-off based on brand, condition, and demand. You will receive an offer based on these factors—there is no set price.

 


Drop-Offs


• You MUST call or message ahead to check if there’s room for drop-offs. I run everything myself, so space is limited on certain days.

• Unannounced drop-offs will NOT be accepted.

• All items must be picked up by the end of the day unless instructed otherwise.

• Any items left behind will be donated immediately.

 


Trade Policy


• Customers can trade up to 20 items per visit.

• Items must be the same brand and same type (e.g., a Carter’s hoodie for a Carter’s hoodie).

• If we cannot find exact brand matches, we will absolutely navigate to find the best result for the trade program as well.

• Items will be inspected before approval.

• Trade-ins are limited to one trade per month per customer.

• More details are available in-store.

 

Store Credit & Cash Payments


• Customers can choose cash or store credit for accepted items.

• Store credit can only be used on pre-loved items (not new items).

• Online orders using store credit for new items will be refunded immediately. Store credit is only valid in-store for the specific customer who received it.

 

Selling Agreement


By dropping off items, you agree that:

• Items not accepted will be offered back to you.

• You have 24 hours to pick up unaccepted items after receiving our email.

• You have 24 hours to accept your estimate, or it will be canceled.

• Unclaimed items will be donated.

• It is solely the customer's responsibility to follow up if they do not receive an estimate at the time they were told.

• It is solely up to the customer to make arrangements to pick up remaining items.

• If an estimate is given on a day the store is not open, the customer has until the end of the following business day to pick up before items are donated.
