Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale – no refunds or exchanges:

All pre-loved items (kids’ clothing, footwear, accessories, blankets, bibs, etc.)

Maternity apparel (new or pre-loved)

Undergarments (underwear, bras, sports bras)

Hair accessories

Bath accessories

Soothers

If sizing is an issue with pre-loved kids' clothing, an exchange may be possible. Please visit in person to discuss options.


New Products


Regular-priced and time-sensitive sale items: Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition, unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Discounted sale items (markdowns): Final sale – no refunds or exchanges.


Returns & Exchanges


To start a return, contact pinknbluekidzclothing12@gmail.com.

If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, Pink & Blue Kidz will cover return shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

While we strive for quality control, pre-loved items may have minor imperfections. These items are sold as-is and are not eligible for refunds due to stains, holes, or other flaws.


Gift Cards & Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Certain items, such as personal care products, custom orders, and hazardous materials, cannot be returned.
